Well it's now the last day of the first month of this year, and my new years resoulation is still going strong. Yes I know I started it early but thats just something to be proud of. I've managed to stay on a healthy eating plan for eight weeks.
I hate the word "Diet" it makes me feel hungry just saying it.
I have now lost 16lb which for those people who maybe reading this and are as terrible at maths as I am, it works out at 2lb a week. Although if you've read my earlier posts you'll notice that I actually lost a big chunk at the start lol
I had a friend ask me the other day why I write a blog about losing weight, and what the point was. Was I advertising something?
Well no I'm not.
I don't believe in a magic weight loss soultion. If there were really one out there that worked, there would be no problem with obesity in the world.
As for why I do this; it's more fun than writing it in a book for no one to ever see. Plus you never some one may read this and feel inspired lol.

Well done. Very sensible. To lose about 2 lbs a week is spot on. Weight loss at that rate is healthy and you will find that you will be able to keep it off. Keep going and best wishes. Don't know if you are doing any exercise but upping your activity will do wonders for you now that you are losing steadily. Doesn't have to be anything really exciting. A 20 minute brisk walk a couple of times a week will do.
